Water is one of the earth most abundant natural resources, comprising of 71% of the earth surface, it can be gotten from different sources, from the sky when it falls as rain, from the earth when it springs forth. It is an essential element of life on earth and making up two-thirds of the human body; it can easily be said that water is life.

There are so many benefits attributed to this life-giving drink, that is made up of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. It is fat-free, cholesterol free, additives free and so many other things can be said about this natural resource in all its splendour and usefulness.

It is true that we all drink water every day, but do we drink enough?
