A sore throat is that itchiness, irritation or pain in the throat. It is also usually found in kids.
Common causes of Sore Throat.
Viruses are the most common causes of a sore throat. Other causes of a sore throat include the following

As the name imply, sore throat is a symptom itself. But not all sore throat are the same, they differ. Some signs of the throat pain might be severe in some cases while in some cases they are not so severe. One of the most familiar signs of a sore throat is having a hoarse voice or experiencing difficulty in breathing comfortably.
But other symptoms include
• A very dry and itchy voice.
• Having difficulty when swallowing foods or fluids.

• Swollen glands around the throat and neck.
But there are natural remedies which we can use to soothe and relieve throat pain.
As we all know, Honey is a natural sweetener which is mostly used to relieve a sore throat. It is often combined with natural ingredients.

Honey can be more effective when it is combined with apple cider vinegar, warm water or herbs.

Baking soda gargle:
You can also gargle with baking soda with warm salt water as it helps to prevent the growth of fungi and yeast. It can also help remove bacteria in the throat.
Add ¼ teaspoon baking soda, 1/8 teaspoon of salt in a 1 cup of warm water and stir. Gargle the solution once every three hours as recommended by the National Cancer Institute.

Also, note that you are expected to take not more than two tablespoons per day as high intake of coconut oil is not healthy because of its laxative effect.
