Microsoft announced its next biggest release of Microsoft Office 2019, yesterday at Ignite in Orlando, with a planned release for next year.
Office 2019 (which is set to arrive in the second half of 2018) will come with the usual Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook client apps, along with server versions of Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business. Microsoft has planned to release copies of Office 2019 to preview in the middle of 2018, and the software is mainly designed for organisations that are not making use of the cloud Office 365 versions.
Office 2019 will come with better IT capabilities for businesses that are not Making use of Office 365, and new ink features like tilt effects, pressure sensitivity and ink replay. Excel will also come with new charts and formulas for data analysis, and PowerPoint will take up a feature that Office 365 users are taking advantage of at the moment, the morph and zoom animation features. Microsoft says it will give out more on Office 2019 in months to come, but for now, it sounds like if you are in Office 365, you still have the most up-to-date features
